Keystone Consulting Engineers (KCE) began as Waldraff Associates in 1972. The company, founded by Frank Waldraff, was renamed and incorporated in 1984. When Mr. Waldraff retired in 2002, William A. Erdman was named KCE’s new President/CEO. Inspired by his predecessor’s management style, Mr. Erdman has led KCE to become one of the Lehigh Valley’s most prominent engineering firms.

KCE provides a full spectrum of engineering services in a wide range of fields: precision boundary and topographic surveying, municipal engineering, subdivision and land development, highway and traffic engineering, environmental engineering, and construction inspection services.
