KCE is a wholly owned Pennsylvania corporation with 18 stockholders. Founder Frank Waldraff wanted to provide younger key employees with the opportunity to participate in the company’s leadership and to establish an orderly and planned transition in management orchestrated its ownership change. The recent addition of three new partners is a result of this continuing ownership transition. William A. Erdman, P.E., a 24-year KCE veteran engineer, was named President/CEO in June 2002.
