Keystone Consulting Engineers (KCE) began as Waldraff Associates in 1972. The company, founded by Frank Waldraff, was renamed and incorporated in 1984. Since Mr. Waldraff’s retirement in 2002, two of his protégés have been appointed President/CEO: William A. Erdman, P.E. (2002 to 2009) and Albert R. Kortze, P.E. (2009 to the present). Inspired by their predecessor’s management style, both Mr. Erdman and Mr. Kortze have led KCE to become one of the Lehigh Valley’s most prominent engineering firms.

KCE provides a full spectrum of engineering services in a wide range of fields: precision boundary and topographic surveying, municipal engineering, subdivision and land development, highway and traffic engineering, environmental engineering, and construction inspection services.
