Project Description:
Keystone performed traffic analyses and property and topographic surveys, designed the traffic improvements, and assisted the Township in securing right-of-way and easements from private property owners for this major $2.3 million intersection project in Upper Macungie Township. Keystone also provided construction–related services including stakeout, inspection and administrative oversight of all phases of construction.
