Project Description:
Keystone performed surveying and engineering services for traffic calming modifications to an existing city street at the main entrance of the College. The project included a landscaped and lighted pedestrian refuge island between lanes of traffic, curb line bump-outs at the intersection to shorten the crossing distances, and concrete paver-surfaced crosswalks both at the corners and mid-block.
